Directions
0:00-0:12 / Gentle pour to 35g, saturate grounds
0:30-0:45 / Gentle pour to 75g, circling in-out-in
0:50-1:00 / Gentle pour to 115g, circling in-out-in
1:10-1:15 / Quick pour to 145g, circling in-out-in
1:25-1:40 / Pour to 200g, circling out then finish in center
To finish: gently pick up the brewer and give it a couple of spins in the same direction as your kettle pours
