The ORIGAMI Pinot Matcha Flavor Cup is available in 3 stunning glazes. Made with high density stoneware material "Liston", the Pinot Matcha Flavor Cup has excellent heat retaining properties.

This Flavor Cup has a similar shape to our pinot flavor cup -  it is intentionally designed to have a lip to maximize comfort of the drinker. It is also slightly thinner than its body to provide a soothing contact. This thoughtful design, together with its specific size, fits the palm of the hand nicely to provide a soothing sipping experience.

At 6.7oz this is also an excellent tea bowl or drip coffee sipping cup. The more narrow circumference also makes this Matcha Flavor Bowl the perfect vessel to keep your beverage warmer for longer.

The ORIGAMI match bowl has up to 2 cups capacity for light matcha (お薄茶). It can also be used for thicker style matcha. The wide circumference of this matcha bowl is excellent for the micro-foaming process. The texture of the material provides a suitable kneading base for thicker style matcha (Koicha -お濃茶) (for latte and other beverages). 

The special shaped rim is designed to avoid spillage and ergonomic pouring.  This thoughtful design is combined with the use of stoneware material "Liston" that has the strength to withstand commercial use. This 80 prong bamboo matcha whisk is suitable for preparing medium to light thickness matcha.

User Tips:

- soak your chasen in hot water for a few minutes before use. This will help soften the bristles and prepare the chasen for whisking

- wash your chasen by hand - please do not wash your chasen in dishwasher

- gently wash with warm water after use. Use a chasen whisk holder while drying the chasen. This will help keep the chasen in shape.

Chasen is a natural product. For best results, the matcha whisk should be replaced after prolonged use.
