This month marks Slow Pour Supply’s 7th anniversary, and we want to take a moment to thank you for being an essential part of our journey. As we reflect on the past seven years, we are incredibly grateful for the support we've received from our coffee community and beyond. What began with just three latte art pitchers has since expanded to include filters, pour-over gear, and a wide range of brewing equipment—all while staying true to our mission: providing high-quality, accessible coffee equipment for all.
Throughout these years, Slow Pour Supply has remained focused on delivering exceptional service, quality products, and strong customer support, all while providing as stable pricing as possible. However, after careful consideration, we find ourselves in a position where we must implement price changes. Driven by increases in raw material cost, a number of suppliers have increased price up to 25%, combined with the effect of additional tariffs up to 35% on various items, we are no longer able to absorb these additional costs, making a price adjustment unavoidable.
As this price adjustment on select products takes effect on Feburary 15, 2025 as our inventory replenishes, orders placed before February 14, 2025 will be honored at the existing price so to assist our customers with better planning.
While some products will experience a price increase, a selection of our products will not see any price changes. We remain committed to monitoring the situation closely and ensuring that our prices stay as fair and accessible as possible. Should conditions allow us to revert to current pricing, we will make those adjustments accordingly.
